I have been very satisfied before but last night (Sunday) was really disappointing. The food was cold especially the chips and gravy, the gravy was also watered down so much it had no taste and so runny. It was brown water on the plate. I don't know what time they stop serving on a Sunday but you need to still send edible food out to customers. It's put me off so won't be ordering from here for the foreseeable. I also asked for scraps a few times with orders and they never send them. I know this is only a small criticism.

Phoned to ask why my order was late told it had been delivered when it hadn’t, then they said oh yeh it’s here on it say when food arrived was not very hot, fish batter looked like it was from day before as did the chips

Delicious food, delivered quickly. The onion rings from Carvers are the best we have ever tasted and the Irish style curry sauce is delicious. We are happy repeat customers.

Food took over 2 hours to get to me. And of course was cold plus the large cod much have been anorexic as I’ve never seen one so small. Don’t think I will be using the fish shop again .  One star is really pushing it as this was a total disappointment from start to finish.
